“The unit was looking tired. Sliding door fell off its track, blinds were hard to close, old tracking, yellowing ceiling fans and some concrete cancer in the bathroom. Very little kitchen utensils, no platters or large bowls to be found. Also my wife stood on a large shard of glass that caused quite a bit of bleeding. We couldn’t go on it planned walk. Management were concerned but not much more than that. Offered 5% off our next stay but we would have got that anyway as return customers. ”
