"The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Friendly, responsive staff who made us feel at home. And the breakfast is excellent."

"It was very convenient and there is a walkway that is covered all the way from the airport to the hotel. The rooms are clean above average. There is no shampoo but a soap/shampoo bar that is very very foamy. The room is a good size. WiFi works well. Staff is nice. The rooms are a but dated and have a minifridge in them. "

"Nice premises, however it did not meet my requirements. The net curtains in the room do not allow for any privacy as other guests can see what's happening in the room, which I discovered when walking about in my underwear! Therefore the drapes need to be drawn during the day to prevent guests from exposing themselves to passers-by. The absence of a functional television was a major letdown as I wanted to keep up to date with what is happening owing to the situation in the Middle East. Apparently visitors can watch Netflix if they have an account or Youtube! Breakfast was good though. The property has some good facilities which may suit others but unfortunately were not for me."

"Rooms are ok but a little tired, as is the whole establishment. Communication with staff was sub-optimal. It took days to respond to emails or messages through hotels.com. I asked about using the shuttle to East Rand Mall and was given basic information, but nothing about the cost. I had one meal at the restaurant and it was pretty terrible, so I did not go back. "

"Room was fine. Nice bed, instant coffee. Got hair dryer from front desk. Nice towels and sheets. Desk fan. Hot shower. Quiet, dark room. Good for my overnite between flights. Included airport shuttle and breakfast. "
