“The house was perfect for our family. The pool was the perfect spot to enjoy the sound of the ocean. While on the beach we felt like we had our own private space. Suncoast Vacations was great to work with. During our stay there were a few minor issues and they responded immediately. Would definitely book with them again! Would love this house again but since no longer allow pets will not be able to book.”

“Great smaller-sized beachfront home for a family or two. We loved the old-fashioned charm reminding us on Holden Beach from the 1960's and 1970's. The only two changes we recommend are buying cooking trays small enough to fit in the oven and maybe a new coffee maker. Otherwise, we would definitely book again. ”

“Great place just very very small guest bathroom. Larger people want fit. You literally sit toilet and are in the sink. ”

“Big, bright, clean home with all the amenities you could want. Right on the beach. Big roomy showers, tall ceilings, big kitchen, pool, everything works great! Pool maintenance folks came to clean pool every couple days, and they were quick, efficient, out of the way. House is located right in front of where the surf school meets on the beach, about a half-mile to the left is a fun sand bank only visible at low tide - worth wading to.”

“Great location, extremely clean, and quick and easy contact with host! Place had everything we needed.Sister slept in master and she said bed was very comfy and had great water pressure in the shower, but it’s the tiniest shower ever.We slept in middle bedroom, I found bed comfy but husband not so much. Middle bedroom has peeling paint on ceiling, no one slept in that room.Hall bath…shower water pressure very low and overall needs some updating.Hallway walls need some work for bowing paneling,……
