I stayed in one of the larger suits, it exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, mini bar stocked daily, breakfast was PLENTIFUL & then some. The pool I never did enjoy, I was far too busy during my stay to get a chance to enjoy the pool. The staff were SO kind and attentive, couldn’t be better. The spa was very impressive, highly recommend their on site spa. All in all I loved my stay so much & would HIGHLY this accommodation.

The staff was very helpful and arrange the taxi to the airport very quickly. The appartement was ok. The towels were old and had that whitish-greyish colour, in one of the bathrooms there was a dirty floor towel, and in the kitchen 3 coffee plates weren’t well badly washed and stained. There Was no hot water, we didn’t have the time to tell them as we went out after the reception staff left for the day. Thanks to the staff for being so helpful.

エレベーターも早く、外からの防音もしっかりしているが　意外と隣の部屋からの声が聞こえたり、寝ようとした時に何処からか聞こえる重低音　　部屋の電気のスイッチが部屋に入ってすぐの位置に無いので非常に不便でした。　それ以外は特に問題ありません。

People were very friendly and eager to make sure your stay was pleasant. However the rooms( at least the one we're stayed in) was in poor condition, both showers were in disrepair. Water damage in bathrooms. String smell of sewage. They were clean enough but a little rough.

Could have better value for the money paid.

It was quite a good property; we stayed in the residences part of the hotel and the residence was OK so-so and didn't justify the price we paid, in terms of the decor and facilities. It was quite large and all, but didn't seem worth the S$325 we paid for one night.

清潔で気持ちの良いホテル

Gymが充実しているので、スラバヤに来た時は何時も利用しています。プールも大きくて深くて本格的に泳ぎたい人はおススメです。滞在した両日は2機しかないエレベーターの１つが修理中で、待ち時間が長かったのが残念でした
