building and properties already old, cleanliness was not good either. but what i most disappointed was the service of the staff, i booked for package included pick up service but there's no confirmation at all an when I already arrived at station at midnight they said they can not pick up because its already very late, so what's the point they give this package right!!
and they said breakfast is 6-10 AM, but when I went to restaurant at 9 AM, the food almost gone and they didn't refilled it, even when I ask just for some fried egg, they couldn't get it!

Liked: Friendly staff. Early check-in. Good location (local bus direct to centre and to Balapan station). English-language channels on the TV. Breakfast included (although mostly Indonesian food).
Disliked: The standard room was quite small and had no kettle or fridge. There was also no "no smoking" option with the standard room.

This hotel clearly needs an uplift
We booked 2 nights at Hotel Asia.
We arrived quite late on the 1st night. The lift was old and have clear scratches. When we check into the room, the bed sheet have clear yellow stains. The room was really old. The bathroom have mould and leakage signs. Plus our window couldn't be closed as the ledge is missing. We ask for change of room as it gets really noisy because the rail train runs close to the hotel. But our request was turned down. Instead they use a wire to tie the windows together trying to fix the problem?!
Second night we upgrade to a larger room. Better condition but again cleanliness fails. The quilt have dirty 'like mud' and you can scratch them out. I asked for a change twice but got no response. Poor housekeeping response.
But to be honest, I found out there is only 1 gentleman servicing the entire hotel during that period! What a poor fella. The hotel management really needs to review the operation support and not overwork so few of their staff.
All in all, very bad experience for a seasoned traveller like myself.
