Walk To The Beach In Two Minutes (100 Yards), or Even Less If You Run! What a Great Beach Vacation! One Queen Bed, Clean Weekly Vacation Rental. Beautiful Semi Private Yard/ Pool (Shared With Other Unit). The owner Scott also lives in the entire upstairs apartment so the property is well maintained and safe. Please Read Reviews About The Property For A More Detailed Picture Of What Others Have Experienced! This unit sleeps 2 Adults with a comfortable queen bed and is on one side of the first of two floors so no need to walk up and down flights of stairs. It has one designated off road parking spot in front. This property has everything necessary for a relaxing getaway. It is in a safe area. Surfside has its own police force and there are a couple security cameras on the outside as well. There is access To On Site Shared Coin Washer & Dryer. Two Blocks From Surfside Beach! 370 Sq. Ft. of Gorgeous Space With a Large Yard, Pool, and An Entire Ocean Just Down The Street! Close to the new SurfSide Pier and of Course Golf, Fishing, Shopping, Dining. No extra cost for linens. Bed sheets and two sets of towels are provided at no additional cost. This is a non-smoking, non-pet friendly apartment. There is a new comfortable leather loveseat that recently replaced a pull out couch. This is meant to be a quiet oasis, it is not the place to get your party on. This might however be the place to retreat from the party or the family and friends also staying in town. If you are looking for a semi private, peaceful, quiet beach getaway, you found it!

The LoRise had a comfortable sofa, comfortable bed, very functional little kitchen and use of the private yard with a pool. Entire place seemed newly done. Recommended.

Just perfect for us. Loved the pool and being just blocks to the beach. Found the greatest place to eat. Shelle’s Bistro, Millstone Biscuits and Malibu Of Surfside. We plan on a future trip.

Great vacation

First time staying here and it was such a great experience. The apartment was nice and clean, and even though we had neighbors we didn’t really see them. Felt like we had the place to ourselves. The pool was so nice to have and it’s walking distance to the beach and many great restaurants. I would stay here again and would recommend this place to everyone.

Loved our stay at Lo Tide !! Scott was great and very helpful. Our room was perfect and the close proximity to the beach and local businesses was great. Only wish we had known that Scott also has a golf cart that you can rent during your stay, will remember for next time … will definitely be coming back. Another fantastic stay!

This is the 6th time my wife and I have stayed at this amazing rental and plan to stay many, many more! It's clean, peaceful and has everything anyone could ever want to have a wonderful time. Many shops and restaurants within walking distance and many more within a short drive. Scott is an awesome guy and it's always good to see him. Honestly, if I could go back tomorrow I would. We had a fabulous stay at SurfsUp LoTide!! Everything was extremely clean and well organized. The space was perfect for the two of us! Perfect location, quiet area but a short distance to the beach and several restaurants. We ate at Neal and Pam’s a couple of times during our stay, just a few minutes down the road. Enjoyed the pool the days we didn’t go to the beach. It was clean and well maintained.Scott was a fabulous host! We enjoyed talking to him and meeting Callie! We will definitely be back when we are in the area again!!

Another Perfect Stay

This is our fifth time staying here and we have plans to make it six and beyond. It's an ideal place for us with pretty much everything you could want within walking distance. Or, if you like, it's a short drive to additional stores and restaurants. Low tide is perfect for me and my wife and Scott has made upgrades each time we've gone to make it even more pleasant. Speaking of, Scott is an awesome host who lives upstairs, so if there are any issues he's just a stair climb or phonecall away. But our absolute favorite part of staying is Scott's dog Cali, who is a tiny little ball of white fluff who's never met a stranger. My only complaint is that our stay is always over too soon.

Perfect Vacation Spot

My husband and I vacationed with another couple, and this condo was perfect for our situation. We had our private space, and they had theirs next door. Both units connected with a shared washer/dryer room. The pool was a joy to have, and we used it daily. There were two large floaties to use and plenty of outdoor seating. We also used the outdoor grill one evening. The condo was stocked with the basics, and we appreciated the large sink and fridge. The host lived upstairs but was exceptionally considerate of our privacy. He was a joy to talk to and was very kind. We rented the golf cart for the week and had no issues. Location is close to the beach and restaurants. Highly recommend this rental.

This is a cute lil apartment enough for a couple. We have stayed here before and love it. The location is great. You can walk to the beach and food places. We also love the pool. All in all a great place to stay.
