“We absolutely loved our stay at Lobster Bay. Andrew and the team were incredible hosts and made us feel so very welcome. The views were breathtaking and the villas are beautifully designed and peaceful. The food and drink options were plentiful and delicious. Passion fruit picked fresh from the veranda for my cocktail watching the sunset was a highlight! The staff were so attentive to all our needs and looked after us and our children so well. “Clean and nice hotel. About twenty minutes from Kuta beach. You have everything g you need for a quiet stay at the hotel. Beach pool volleyball and the rooms are clean and quiet ! It does take about 45 minutes to airport and the road is a little off the beaten path but you will love it once you’re there ”

“One of the best hotel in Lombok, the hotel is very clean and the staffs are very friendly and attentive. The restaurant is a must try! The food always exceed my expectations, and the price is very reasonable. I came to the hotel for its beach and the facilities but I stayed for the restaurant.”

“The hotel seems for a long time not fix and tidy it. Breakfast is ok. But the sofa is too queasiness that i even not want to sat there. Also, the location is too far away with kuta. I can not find out taxi or gojet. Only asking for hotel help. The hotel called a taxi, it is too expensive than blue bird or gojet. I do not have a choice to accept it. It is the place i would never recommend and visit again.”

“Overall the stay was nice, the only problem we had was the shower water. When you turn on the shower water for the first 3-5 mins it had a werid smell. it's almost like those hot spring sulfur smell. As you let the water runs for a few mins, the smell gradually go away. ”

“Fabulous place!! Staff was outstanding, especially Agus who took excellent care of us. Outside the resort is a little sketchy but theres nothing Jivana can do about it. Tortoises on site that the kitchen will give you bananas to feed them. Huge coy fish that are right there at your room. Cant say how much we loved this place!”
