“We loved our stay. Room was clean and spacious. Comfy furniture and bed. In suite coffee was a plus. View was unbeatable. Would definitely stay again.”

“Being in a cellular dead zone, the Hotel should have a robust WiFi system, but it does not. The only location that you could adequately connect was in the breakfast area downstairs during the breakfast hours. The Hotel now has a policy in which they do not clean rooms or provide clean towels unless you are staying more than three nights. You can of course ask for clean towels, but on one occasion they supplied only one set for two people. Breakfast isn’t served until 8:00AM, and at times you……

“Overall my stay was OK. Upon arrival I was not able to check in on time because my room was not available due to hotel being reserved to capacity, which caused me to have a 1 hr delay in check in. The hotel receptionist (Urania)was somewhat pleasant however, made some remarks that my particular room wasn’t ready because I had to wait for a handicap room, I stated I did not book a handicap room. Then, she stated that since I booked via Expedia that, I have the cheapest room, so I had to wait for……

“The property has a great all inclusive breakfast and also love the fact that they have an outdoor pool since the neighboring hotel doesn't. I've stayed here in the past when visiting family near by and haven't been disappointed. “The property is large, so listen to the staff’s helpful directions upon checkin. Highly recommend taking the time to relax and read at their pool. The quiet adult pool area was a very welcome and unexpected amenity!”

I had very limited options to cancel second day; would have been reimbursed very small amount;That was unacceptable. Probably more options if had booked through hotel. Did not see a phone number on Expedia to call directly.”
