The hotel front desk staff were very friendly and showed no discriminatory attitude toward Chinese guests. They were enthusiastic and resolved visitors’ issues promptly. The staff’s attitude made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely come back if I drive here next time. The price is very reasonable for guests who are just staying overnight.

大浴場はセキュリティが不安

女性用大浴場はダイヤルロック式になっているが、退出する時に鍵がしっかりしまっておらず開いており、驚いた。 ロックが簡易的で弱く、しっかり閉めないと施錠されないため、オートロック式などもっとセキュリティの高いものに変えてほしい。安心して理容できない。 朝食のメニューの品数をもっと増やしてほしい。 部屋の清掃が甘い。

大浴場があるのは気に入っている。 部屋は、カーペットの隅には埃が溜まっているのが目立ち、清潔ではない。清掃を徹底してほしい。 朝食も品数をもっと増やして欲しい。

大浴場が綺麗に清掃されているのが良い。 セブンイレブンまで数分なのも便利。 朝食も品数も程々あり、美味しい。

初めて利用したのですが、チェックインの際の説明が雑すぎです。本館なのか別館なのか自分の部屋へのエレベーターとか丁寧に説明して欲しかったです。重たい荷物を持ったまま何度もエレベーターを乗りました。 また利用したいとは思えませんでした。

朝食付きでしたが、6：30に出発しなきゃいけない予定だったので食べられませんでした。6：30で既に朝食会場から長蛇の列が出来てました。人気なのでしょうか？次回は食べられるスケジュールで利用したいです。

年をとったからか、浴室の段差がありすぎの感じでした。後は文句無し‼️3連泊しましたが、朝御飯は毎日種類も味も☺️美味しかったです。大浴場もいつも貸切状態でゆっくり入れました。又、泊まりたいです。ありがとうございました。

宿泊して…

富士のスーパーＧＴの時に宿泊しました。(渋滞の中帰りたくなかったので…) フロントスタッフの対応は、良かったです。ただ１つ本館と新館のエレベーター案内が、ちょっとわかりずらかったです。 室内も居心地良かったし、朝食も美味しかったです。来年のＧＴの時に、再度宿泊したいと思います。
