「This is a great, well appointed property in an easy to access location. The home was clean and neat, though we’d recommend fewer air fresheners as those aggravated some allergies. The front porch is great for morning coffee, and the quaint backyard was a lovely place for dinner. The home has everything you need; we’ll definitely consider staying again if we are in the area!」

「The host was super responsive, polite, and gracious. It was a quiet neighborhood. This is the basement of an occupied home, so you can hear some, but no issues with excessive noise. Area was clean and welcoming. I shared this with the host, but there was no fridge. Latoya gave me access to hear wine chilling unit almost immediately to meet my needs- so appreciated. I would need a "real fridge," but would otherwise stay againThanks, Latoya! 」

「The house was clean and had plenty of room so we could sleep quietly while others could congregate. The neighborhood was quiet as well. It was in a perfect location to visit our family in Colonial Heights, Prince George, and Chester 」

「Cozy house and a great quiet location. This was the perfect place to stay with my girls and our children. The basement was a great place for the kids to play and the living room on the first floor was cozy with a comfortable couch and the map on the wall was a big hit! The kitchen had plenty of cooking utensils. Overall, we had a great stay. Our only complaint was the list of things to do upon checking out on top off a cleaning fee. Otherwise, a great stay! 」

「The house is a three bedroom fully finished home. Two bedrooms upstairs, and a spacious primary suite at the bottom level with a half bath (sink toilet no shower). Main bathroom is upstairs. Backyard is great for kids, it has a playground and corn hole. My only minor complaint is that the kitchen sink was difficult to set to cold, and I love to drink ice cold water. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends in the area, 9/10 would stay again 」

「Captain Ron and the "Kayla Leigh" were both terrific. Ron is both an abundance of information as well as an equal amount of life stories well worth hearing about (and you can read much more about in his published book that welcomes you inside the Kayla Leigh).
