  • The Luxury Villa Soleil has a big heated pool and a sundeck equipped with beach chairs. Here you can relax, read a book and enjoy the stillness. The villa features a barbecue and outdoor dining area which are ideal for spending time in the summer evenings with your loved ones.
    The villa has a modern living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. All bedrooms have a king-size bed 2x200 cm.
    The bathrooms are all en-suite and private. Each bathroom has a shower.
    Brac is well known for its beautiful beaches and one of them is Zlatni Rat (Golden Cape) which has a unique shape of a wave.

Nice villa with a nice pool, garden and the sea view. The island of Brac is amazing. This was our first time in Croatia, but not the last. We are planning to come back. We also recommend booking through the VIP agency. Their agent was very professional and knowledgeable.

Large villa with everything you need. Outside areas with sun and shade is excellent for an evening glass or early morning reading. Beautiful view from terrace. Sutivan is an authentic and picturesque small town with good choice of restaurants and lovely beaches.

Recommendations for the villa and the VIP agency!

My husband surprised me by renting this villa. I was thrilled when we arrived there. The villa is beautiful, has a sea view and a terrace perfect for sunbathing. Our children loved the fitness room and the pool area. My husband and I were spending our days at the beach. We like beaches in Croatia! And, we also recommend booking through the VIP agency.

Lovely modern villa, great concierge service

Lovely modern villa on a beautiful island full of beaches, coves, and bays. The villa was perfect for our group, we were 8. We enjoyed the pool area and would often dine outside. The fitness room was perfect. Lucija, the concierge service in the VIP agency was very informative. Definitely recommend it!

Nice villa, wonderful islands

Nice and modern villa. We had a nice stay on Brac. Sutivan is a lovely place, full of nice beaches. We visited other islands. The VIP organized the tours and we were very satisfied with the service. We will recommend it to our friends!

Wonderful vacation.

We were a family of eight adults staying at this beautiful villa. It is equipped with everything we needed - nice rooms, many bathrooms, washing machine etc. And of course the pool was much appreciated, clean and refreshing. The location was good, nice view from terrace and just few minutes walk to small town Sutivan.

Beautiful location.

The villa is modern, spacious and enjoys a very strategic location: peaceful 10 minute walk from port, shops, restaurants and beaches. Although we arrived in September it was still very warm and we enjoyed crystal blue see on a near by beach. Most of our evenings we spent on a beautiful terrace enjoying good glass of wine that was recommended by our wonderful host! Truly unforgettable vacation!

Excellent location

The villa is well provisioned with everything we needed and conveniently located for the town. The kids spent hours in the large pool as well as finding their own space to chill in the well proportioned villa. It was lovely to be personally welcomed and fare-welled by our host. We would highly recommend this villa to others.

Great vacation.

The house is modernly furnished and equipped with every comfort, ideal for a holiday. Beds were wonderful with fresh linen. The terrace is phenomenal. Beautiful view, nice patio furniture and very spacious. Also, the pool was very nice and very clean. We could not have imagined a better stay. The house is even better than the pictures
