Really great place! So spacious and love that there are so many bathrooms available. The pool and outdoor BBQ/pizza oven area was really awesome too, as well as the farm animals we saw. I would definitely recommend this place for any large group of people :) The only thing that would make this place even better was if the pool was heated!
Great property for large gatherings. Our whole family got together to celebrate our parents 60th wedding anniversary. Enough rooms, nice bathrooms, comfortable beds, great kitchen and outdoor bbq area. Fire pit was used every night and plenty of firewood supplied.

Beautiful view and amazing area. The only problem is that the oven doesn’t work which made it difficult for us.
We had a lovely stay at the Hideaway for a work offsite event, the house was big enough to comfortable sleep everyone, lots of living space that was clean and warm and the house was well stocked and had so many things for us to do to keep busy, it provided a wonderful weekend for us all!

Beautiful house, with a few flaws
Absolutely beautiful property, can't overstate that. Myself and my group had a wonderful time and loved the house overall. However, a few issues that need to be rectified, and when I emailed to provide feedback, I got no response.I can't fit all the pro's due to the character limit, but there's heaps of space & the house/land is gorgeous.- The oven doesn't work at all. We had a large group and planned several home-cooked meals. By time we worked it out, it was a Saturday (dept Monday) and knew nobody would be able to come out to fix it by then, especially since reviewing prior reviews, the oven has been an issue since July 2023 (and noted in the responses, the property manager said they'd be fixing it for future guests). A pretty critical feature of a property to not work and not be given a heads up when they knew about the problem prior. Waste of groceries and money there.- The main bedroom off the loungeroom, as well as the bunk bed room have skylights in the roof with no shutters. The main bedroom is really bright by about 6:15/6:30am due to that and the sun rising on that side of the house and coming through the frosted glass door panels. There were a few other minor cons, like construction noise at 8am Monday, and a peacock being kept in a shed, but those are the main two that left a bad taste for the cost of the stay. Worth thinking about before booking - if you want to cook at the house for eg, I'd call first and check oven has been fixed/replaced.
