「The room was ok, but would be challenging for anyone who would struggle with stairs and not practical for older people as the bed was up a set of stairs, while the washroom was on the main floor of the room. Accessing the room was also up a flight of stairs. Checking in was an adventure as the hotel reception is only open from 4 to 6pm, we were attending a wedding at 3pm so couldn’t get there. They do have a system to access keys in a lockbox, but getting the details for this was slow and last...
