"Overall, a good stay. While the hotel is a bit far from the city, I was satisfied with most aspects of my experience. I did book during a “new opening” promotion, so I was expecting a newer property. This part was a little underwhelming as the hotel isn’t actually new. That said, the customer service truly stood out. A special thank you to the lady who assisted me during check-in & check-out, she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, which made a great first impression."

"I stayed at that place (it’s like a short term furnished apartment) when they were run by urbanstay and was quite happy with the value. Same this time. Seems that stay more is just getting going, so some things aren’t there yet but their cleaning products smell nice! And the mattress topper is nice compared to the old one at urban stay. "Staffs are so wonderful and polite. Room has good view of Namsan Seoul tower. Amenities are a bit lacking. Bathroom definitely needs some works or refresh since it doesn’t have good enclosure and therefore water is leaking out when taking shower. Breakfast is good with lovely personnel."
