房内老旧的香格里拉
房内虽大，但设施非常老旧。竟然还有24吋的电视，遥控器简直可以当作古董了。酒店位置地图上看来是在龙湖天街不远，实际上走路还是要个10分钟左右，在寒冷的12月，根本不想出门走过去。住的是高楼层，景观不错。

Hotel style is a bit outdated. The outside traffic is heavy and roads are under construction. It is difficult to cross the roads to the other malls.

蘇州香格里拉飯店旅遊體驗
離地鐵站步行有點遠，目前飯店路口地鐵在施工進出不方便堵車很嚴重。酒店很有歷史了房間設施有點舊，不過仍有5星級飯店的規格，早餐樣式很多但是會令你覺得沒啥好吃的因為多半是中式的我很不喜歡，我看很多老外逛來逛去只拿麵包，住了3晚每天都有商業會議培訓什麼的，覺得很亂很複雜，如果我是商務出差就不會選這家，旅遊就無所謂了，香格里拉集團應該在金雞湖開一家新店取代這家舊店，像杭州不就是新舊兩店並存，畢竟老店已經跟不上地區的發展，金雞湖有很多新的國際連鎖飯店。

加钱上了行政套房，但是房型很小，房间里的设施很一般，至少连蓝牙播放器都没有，只提供了一个aux接口，但本人的iPhone用不了，酒廊在最高层，风景很好，因为是周末提供的是一般的自助餐，没什么亮点

看了他家的点评，有儿童探险乐园，打过电话确认过也有才预定的。谁知道过了说已经没有了~非常失望~关键是带着两个孩子奔着这个去的； 酒店的空调太足了，特别闷，孩子在这种情况下很闹腾； 酒店清洁度一般，入住的房间像是好久没人住过了，明显有一层灰尘在家具上面，老二的脸上起了好几个红点，不知道是螨虫还是其他的飞虫咬的； 特别后悔这次的出游

Amazing Hotel
It is the best hotel at Suzhou from check-in, stay, breakfast and dinner are impressive. The receptionist Seven guided me to elevator after check-in, Emily, Joans and especially Sara are service with hospitality. I'll stay again at next trip to Suzhou and can't wait to see them again.

服務非常好而且會記住您的需求跟反饋，在第二次住房的時候就會確確實實做到。ex:上次反應房間的水放太少，這次直接每天擺滿10瓶，不需要另外提醒，就會馬上改進，這才叫做服務!
