The living area opens up to a terrace and swimming pool. There is one bedroom with a French bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm, complete with air conditioning. Another bedroom on this level has two beds, each measuring 90 cm by 190 cm, and also features air conditioning. The open kitchen is well-equipped with a hot plate, oven, dishwasher, three gas rings, toaster, kettle, freezer, and an electric coffee machine.

The upper level, accessible via an exterior staircase, also has a living/dining room with a sofa bed measuring 140 cm by 200 cm, a satellite TV, and air conditioning. This level also leads to a terrace. There is one bedroom with a French bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm, equipped with air conditioning. The second bedroom on this level has two beds, each measuring 90 cm by 190 cm, and also features air conditioning.
