“The place is comfortable with 3 bedrooms and a large amount of decking outside to enjoy nature. Views are obscured by the trees in summer, I suspect Fall and Winter you can more clearly see mountains. The location is quick access to Swannanoa as well as I-40 to get to Black Mountain or Asheville. The owner was very responsive to questions and we will definitely plan to stay here again.”

“Very comfortable, well stocked and spacious accommodations within close proximity to everything Asheville! My boys loved TVs in every room, the game room and hot tub! The view from the porch was beautiful!! We did do the Biltmore one day and ventured not too far away to tube with Mad Co tubing which was an incredible experience. Asheville is still recovering, but don't let that stop you from a visit. Lots to do and see and everyone was so grateful for us being there and the support! Thank you……

Large trash items were still on the floors throughout the house: candy wrappers, popcorn, etc. All surfaces were extremely dusty except the kitchen. There were several items we fixed during out stay: hinges completely off a door, tightening legs on chairs and tables, for example. This property would benefit by having an actual maintenance person do the installation of things like……
