“This property significantly overpromises and underdelivers.The listing advertises complimentary toiletries, a fully stocked kitchen, and functioning amenities like a fireplace and hot tub. In reality: zero toiletries, two trash bags, one dishwasher pod, and nothing to wash dishes with—no sponge or dishcloth. That is not a “fully stocked” kitchen.The fireplace does not work. The hot tub is barely warm. The water is so heavily mineralized it appears brown and is undrinkable—we had to buy bottled……

“Property is clean, comfy, and has a homey vibe! There were many personal touches, cold water in the fridge when we arrived, a welcome basket, and many locally sourced necessities. Communication with property owner was top notch! Linda was very responsive and even added a last minute request to add a night onto our stay. We loved the quiet neighborhood that is close to all the wonderful activities Asheville offers. ”

“Had a great stay here with the family. Came up to the Asheville area mainly for Biltmore (still decorated for Christmas), but we also enjoyed riding around Arden and into downtown Asheville. Nice clean house, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood, and great host. We recommend!”
