「We didn't stay at the property, as when we entered the 4th floor bedroom it was really hot. the window was open to its 3 inch extent, and there was a tower fan, that had little effect on the heat . The reception staff said that none of the rooms had working air conditioning, so we couldn't change rooms. We decided to leave and find alternative accomodation.」

「Lovely room with an amazing view. Facilities were great, and there were lots of lovely little touches, such as the dressing gowns. Also I had asked if there would be any oat/soya milk available as I have an intolerance, when we arrived there was not only oat milk but gluten and dairy free cereals, biscuits and yoghurt. Very appreciated Only drawback was the lack of parking, it's a shame that something can't be worked out with the council to get a reduced rate. Would recommend this place, and we...
