"Stayed here before, was nice. Not no more . One lift not working, other needs a good clean. Room worn and dated. Light was flashing when used. Cleaners came in and did empty the bin and changed towels. That was it bed left the same. One last moan had to go back to reception both our keys didn’t work ..."
