「這次入住體驗一般，一天前發送的酒店信息都沒有回覆，入住前到了4小時讓我們等。到了3點自己去問才開始問有沒有清潔好，完全沒有人跟進。這次感覺前台人員都是新人」

「We found all staff so friendly and helpful. Entering the hotel gave a feeling of relaxation comfort and homely. Variety of food choices giving tasty evening meals and breakfast although I thought it too much to charge an extra £10 each for a fried breakfast whereas other hotels it’s included in the room cost. Our room was very comfortable with a superb shower」

「Charged for the use of the mini bar even though we didnt take anything. Small holes in bed linen upon arrival. Relaxation room, the paintwork was terrible. Slow service all round.Service charge to room is 12.5 percent, slightly inflated for something that shouldnt exist. However nice big bed, attentive staff in main diner.Hydro pool nice touch although children not allowed.Lovely breakfast and main meal.Pools were excellent. I would not stay here again considered this is a four star hotel.I...

南安普敦海逸酒店

南安普敦海逸酒店

10/10 優異
"We booked this for our pre cruise trip. The location is excellent and the harbour view is spectacular. What actually impressed us is the service. We landed in early morning and with a check in time at 3pm, they tried their best to arrange a room for us before 1pm. What's more, they had our luggage delivered to our room before we even asked for it. And they kindly offered us a late check out. The room is spacious but the light is a bit dim and the bathroom is a bit small. The Jetty restaurant is a must try. We landed in Sun and had the luck with the Sunday roast. Tender roast beef, crispy Yorkshire pudding plus lots of veggies. It's a great place for watching the beautiful sunset. We will definitely come back for another cruise starting Southampton."

"Probably due to limitations of the vertical movement of the elevators, we , staying at the lower level, took ages to get to the front desk to check out."
