“We had the most wonderful stay. We travel alot and have stayed in many VRBO's but this one really stood out. First of all they are very generous with coffee and supplies. We also had everything we needed to cook a meal. This was a wonderful choice and we will be back. We loved sitting out on the deck at night and watching the birds, we also loved the star-gazing and they provide a telescope. One day we even saw the dolphins playing very close to our pier. We miss the dome house by the sea……

“We chose this house for its location & wanting to give our senior pets an ocean get-away! Booking & Check-in were a breeze! While unforeseen circumstance occurred and the AC stopped working the property managers were responsive and assisted with gwttinf a temporary fix going above & beyond to do what they could for us. We chose not to leave early since we only get away 1x a year and no one out of our group wanted to return home early. Our stay was in late July so it was warm outside the fish……

“Our stay here was pretty awesome! Loved the privacy and the sound of the ocean and being that close to the beach! Not a huge beach but once the tide was low it was great for the kids. Enjoyed our first ever salt water fishing and caught a lot of fish! Had a full moon on our anniversary and the light on the ocean all night was amazing! No idea what they sprayed but I don't think anyone in my family saw one mosquito our entire 4 day trip, which was amazing on the Texas coast for once! Place……

“We had a lot of fun and relaxation this weekend. While our daughter preferred to spend most of her time enjoying the WIFI inside, my husband spent most of his time on the pier! We caught some fish, but the downside was the bait shops didn't have any "live" bait! My husband caught some shad of the pier with his cast net and we had some platics that we used to catch a few keepers! We will definitely be back as Sargent is one of our favorite fishing places!
