We had an amazing stay at the Kempinski Ishtar. The staff were all very kind and welcoming, and the concierge was especially friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious, and there was great entertainment in the evenings that made the nights even better. Our room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything felt well taken care of. Overall, it was well worth it and we’d be happy to return.

Our stay at the Kempinski Dead Sea was truly wonderful, and while the property is beautiful and luxurious, it was the amazing staff that made the experience exceptional. Every team member we encountered was warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Their genuine hospitality and thoughtful service truly set this hotel apart. The views, food, and facilities were all excellent—but it’s the people that make Kempinski unforgettable. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

Fantastic resort setting on the Dead Sea with staff available to assist around every corner of this expansive property. Front Desk, Concierge, Room staff, pool attendants and dining room staff were uniformly excellent. We wish we could have stayed longer.

The Kempinski Ishtar is superb! We had a fabulous stay. Shout out to Omar (Night Manager) and Ivan (Ishtar Restaurant Manager) who went above and beyond - that’s saying a lot given the customer service levels exhibited by all Kempinski staff.
