「No information on how to work the TV and there was no printed channel information. There was no microwave in the room, no freezer in the refrigerator. The bed blanket only went up to my lower chest and the pillows were too hard. There should have been pillows of different thickness. Breakfast was not included.

「Great service」

「I did not like the cockroaches and the toilet make noise every time I sat on it and the shower flooding on us . There was water everywhere and no one did anything about it. Never will stay there again」

「The woman at the front desk was excellent. The lobby was clean and the breakfast was good. Unfortunately our room was not properly cleaned we found a plastic bottle cap and a pair of socks on the floor. The carpet looked like it needed to be vacuumed. The enamel was coming off of the bathtub.」
