"Upon entering the hotel, I was immediately impressed by the pleasant aroma and pristine condition of the property. The gentleman who assisted me with check-in demonstrated exceptional patience and kindness. I subsequently required a room and floor change, and he handled this request with remarkable accommodation and professionalism. Both rooms I occupied were impeccably clean and well-maintained. The second room, in particular, was excellent, with the sole exception of the bathtub drainage. Following each shower, water would accumulate, which was a minor inconvenience. The bedding and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, providing a restful sleep experience. However, I would note that the bed's firmness, coupled with a solid box spring, could potentially become uncomfortable over extended periods. It is worth mentioning that standard rooms with windows do not allow for ventilation, which can occasionally lead to stale and dry air. Fortunately, my room featured a balcony, providing access to fresh, circulating air. I would certainly consider staying here again, primarily due to the outstanding service at the front desk and the consistent cleanliness of the accommodations."

"The bathroom exhaust fan, the refrigerator, and the oven...all didn't work!!"

"First of all, when I thought I was booking a jacuzzi room on Expedia, I was not. I got there, no jacuzzi in my suite, lady on the phone said "well, you booked a suite, not a jacuzzi room," and didn't offer any more assistance on the matter. So if you're hoping to get a jacuzzi in the room like the pictures show, just know you can't book it directly on Expedia or their website, because it wasn't there either. The lady who checked us in was a different person, and she was phenomenal. She must work late evenings/nights at the front desk, and she was great conversation, but whoever answered the phone was cold and obviously didn't want to be at work. The hotel in general was a disappointment. I didn't get the room I thought I was getting (and there wasn't any specific choice for a jacuzzi room besides their suites—you would think they'd make that clear, but whatever), and the breakfast was not good at all! Only hot item was waffles, and you could get bagels, bread, fruit, cereal or oatmeal, yogurt and milk, but it was a really small selection. The apple juice and the orange juice were watered down, too. Tasted like flavored water. The room was clean and nice, and the front desk lady at night was really nice, but we did not particularly enjoy our stay. Oh and the key cards do not work to get into the back door because they are OBVIOUSLY a different type of key. No elevator. If you have bad knees, prepare to take the stairs anyway. Place is a little run down, but clean. Totally meh."

"We went to this property for a quick 24-hour trip to get out of the house during the cold weather stretch. We'd been there once before a few years back and had a great experience - this time around it was a terrible experience and we will NEVER be back! I am not one to write reviews but people looking for a place to stay should be warned to spend their money somewhere else! This property is FILTHY! The kids' pool had TONS of green algae growing around the slide and all the rope. The pool leaked of chemicals and chlorine (more than normal). Our bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly prior - had other peoples' hair still in our tub and toilet. They have a very strict rule that you cannot be at the hotel until time of check in which is 4pm. We've never experienced this with a hotel before. We got there at 1pm hoping to leave our bags at the front desk and use the pool until our room was ready. This was a hard no! The staff members were incredible rude. They were so short staffed that the manager was the one emptying trash cans and cleaning up the pool towels. They were all complaining about being short staffed. A woman was working the front desk with a back injury and couldn't walk so any time she was asked for help (i.e. needed an extra towel or pillow, etc) she ha to ask for people to come back when someone else was there. Rightfully so to not be able to do things with an injury, but management shouldn't be assigning someone to a front desk role if they can't help customers."
