On the beautiful island of Als, you’ll find this exceptional property surrounded by nature, complete with a private beach, with plenty of space for shared moments, play and long meals, as well as for finding peace and quiet on your own - perfectly suited for multiple generations, families, friends, and well-behaved dogs.

The price includes final cleaning, utilities (up to 450 kWh per week), bed linen and towels, and a welcome basket with local specialties from the Island of Als.



The large garden invites both relaxation and activities, featuring a trampoline, swing, hammocks, fruit trees, and berry bushes. The terraces offer ample room for cozy meals around the long table and relaxing in the outdoor lounge area. From here, you can enjoy views of the expansive natural grounds and the water, with front-row seats to the area's rich wildlife.



A long, enchanting path leads down to the private beach with a tent and campfire area. Here you can play in the shallows, fish, do water sports, or simply take a nap in the hammock to the sound of the waves.



Inside, the house features spacious and cozy common areas with plenty of room for kids and adults, There is an abundance of toys, arts and crafts, games, foosball, and a TV nook, ensuring there is always something to gather around regardless of the weather or season. Not to mention the hot tub and infrared sauna!



Within walking distance, you’ll find Kerneland, one of Denmark’s finest sandy beaches, as well as an restaurant, ice cream parlor, café, and mini-golf. The Fynshav–Bøjden ferry is just a 15-minute drive away, and in 20 minutes you can reach fantastic Sønderborg with its wide selection of restaurants, charming harbor life, shopping, culture, sights, as well as the airport and train station. In 30 minutes, you can reach the popular Universe Science Park and Aqua Mundo at Center Parcs in Nordborg, while Germany is 40 minutes away and LEGOLAND is a 100-minute drive.
