"A nice 1 night stay, rooms are spacious, not a fan of concrete floors or shower curtains instead of screens but that’s just personal preference. The treats and toy for my dog was a cute touch - but paying for breakfast to find out we can’t use it as can’t take our dog (and obviously can’t leave in room) is annoying, perhaps don’t offer it at check in without telling people of the no dogs rule."

"The best hotel in Kolding. Beautiful, modern interior and really nice, very clean rooms, and the parking in the hotel’s own garage is very convenient. Unfortunately, breakfast can be quite chaotic at weekends (at least on Sundays), as you have to book a table in advance. If you’re not aware of this, you may not find out until check-in, by which time the only available breakfast times might be 7:00 or 8:00 a.m. Not exactly ideal when you’re on a weekend getaway and hoping to relax and sleep in. The system also means that a large number of guests arrive for breakfast at exactly the same time instead of gradually, resulting in complete chaos around the breakfast buffet, very long queues and frustrating waiting times. It’s such a shame, because otherwise this is a lovely hotel."

"Det eneste der ikke var så godt,var at værelset var meget mørkt,idet der kun var et skråvindue og værelset var meget langt. Vi så kun aktivitets rummene,men var imponeret over alt det man kunne beskæftige sig med. Morgenmaden var perfekt,der manglede ikke noget (tværtimod)hyggelig restaurant"

Hotel LEGOLAND, DENMARK

"Room was a good size and was very clean on arrival. Typically, details of how to use wi-fi etc. were via a QR code on the door card wallet, which I didn't noice until I had worked out how to do it for myself. A room card with the details in various languages would have been a bonus. Staff were really friendly and very helpful; I had to call on them just after 11pm as we were unable to sleep due to delegates from a conference having quite the party in the bar; they had opened external doors and windows which was allowing the sound to travel, stopping us (and other guests) from sleeping...and I thought British drunks were noisy! Any way, the doors were quickly closed after my complaint and without any rioting on behalf of the revellers; another appreciated cultural difference. We had an evening meal in the Panorama Restaurant; waiting staff were lovely, meals were very good, served hot and without delay; if I was 12 again, I would have made full use of the all-you-can-eat soft ice cream services. Breakfast was quite unbeliveable, more food than we knew what to do with from sausages and bacon to a full cold meats selection; would go again just for the breakfast! LEGOLAND park has it's own covered walkway from the hotel, very useful for us as it was raining for most of our visit. Finally, even having checked earlier that day, the hotel staff were still happy to call a taxi for us and even gave my wife a 'birthday' badge when we left."

"Close to the airport, and a bus service into Bilund, though only half hour walk anyway. Paid for the breakfast, lovely choice, set me up for the day."
