Worst ever!
I particularly searched for car park but they don’t have one, don’t get deceived by it’s name it’s not close to airport, there are flea on bed, makes us itchy overnight ,very unpleasant stay. Air con doesn’t work, and it’s not just bad in soundproof, it is insanely horrible I can even hear the guy in the next room sleep talking !

Location was close to airport, Dislike: dirty, bathroom door not opening, tv not working, airconditon doesnt heat (staff came to the room saying it just cools and doesnt heat, just because the mode button to change setting was broken on the aircon remote), while at the reception another couple checked in and they were given a room key, elderly couple went to swipe card and found another couple in bed, staff appologised saying they made a mistake,. From staff to the facility everything is rubbish about this hotel, room had a sink where water was not going down the drain, staff attened, said once you check out than we will get someone to look at it.

We stayed for the Easter weekend period. The guys in the room next to us were on the phone from 11pm-7am was ridiculous. The walls are paper thin, we have a 2 year old and they kept us up 2 of the 3 nights. The 3rd night had a lady on the phone until late. Room inside was okay, fair few cockroaches in the bathroom and near the beds too. Not much to eat nearby for convenience.

The staff were lovely and very helpful, my room was (almost) immaculate and very comfortable. Aside from.... at the top of the extremely high ceiling was a rather large and unsightly hole. If I hadn't noticed it, I would've given the Room 11 out of 10. And of course, the location is super convenient to train lines and a quick bus to the airport (international terminal included)

This (hotel) should be reclassified as a Backpackers Hostel, a hostel would probably have better facilities than this establishment! After travelling overnight and upon checking-in, l had to pay AUD 50 for an early check-in. l had booked for 11 days at a total cost of CA$ 2,435.55, approx CA$ 221.41 per day. For this daily rate there was no restaurant and no daily cleaning of my room, l had to request the front desk to have someone clean my room! An earlier reviewer stated that "you get what you pay for", well for CA$ 221.41 per night, l expect better standard/facilities then this "so called hotel" has to offer!

Reception are very very very hard to make contact with. Could not get staff on the phone nor did they ever reply to email. And then on arrival (3 other people waiting also) the office was unattended. The number we all kept calling went no where. Walked around the premises and no one could be seen. After a 20 minute wait someone finally turned up. Yes I had booked a single room however the “ensuite” was wide open. A toilet basically in the middle of the room against a wall There is no car park so we were directed to leave our car 400 metres away around a corner near a railway station. Property was not even cheap at $170 a night for 1 x person. I have learnt my mistake.

La puerta de la ducha no cerraba, la luz sobre la cama una de ellas no funcionaba, Muy ruidoso, el asiento del WC estaba suelto, estuvimos alojados 2 noches y no nos cabiaron las toallas ningún día. Ceo que por el precio que se pago 252 Euros podian haber echo algo mas. Resumiendo no volvere, se que les da igual nuestros comentarios pero por si sirve de algo la Habitacion fue la 112. En fin Saludos

I don’t know why there are so many negative comments ，I have been staying for 3 nights, so good so far, I get for what I paid for, room not big, but enough for a short stay or an airport transit, rooms are clean bed are comfort, and pretty nice rest area, I didn't experience much noise which someone mentioned in the comments .I’m generally satisfied for the stay that only cost $100 per night .

Pretty basic property. Nice and clean, but rooms were tiny, had to ask for pillows, no cutlery to eat dinner with, and very, very noisy. We were on the ground floor and the upstairs plumbing was exposed so I knew exactly when the person upstairs was going to the toilet. Good location to get to the airport, but other than that, I wouldn't book there again.

Booked and paid for two nights. I had to get the door entry card re-activated for the second night. TV worked for the first night, then on the second night didn’t because of no service. Room was not serviced on the second day. Bin not emptied. Milk for tea not provided. The stay was not value for money and I would not recommend staying at the hotel.

The room was much smaller than the pictures lead us to believe. You could hear every sound made outside. The key stopped working so we were locked out. I had to ask for clean towels and milk as the room was not touched by house keeping the entire time we were there. The bin was over flowing as it was very small and this was never checked. The air-conditioning while it wirked well was very loud and made a strange noise when ever it was turned on. Over all very disappointing especially fir the amount we paid would not recomend unless you are desperate and need to be close to the airport.

The rooms are tiny - not uncommon in a transit hotel, but it is a converted pub right on the highway, so it's very noisy (they do include complimentary ear plugs). My room did not have a functioning air conditioner, which meant that it was about 35 degrees at midnight, with no ventilation and high humidity (it was raining). I think I lost a Kg in sweat - I know I woke up thinking a park bench would have been a better option.

The room was filthy! On arrival not even a cool drink of any description, not even a cool jug of water. Yes tea and coffee staples supplied but that’s it. The staff 1 individual was more concerned with my I’d and checking my bank details, other than even saying welcome how may I help you? Or welcome to our hotel? Yes only one staff member which led to me being questioned as to who I was when returning after my business in town. With obviously a staffer who has no idea how to speak to a visitor to their premises. Most embarrassing. Also cockroaches running up the walls and all over the empty fridge which was filthy so was the carpet. The TV did not work and froze the only option to get it to function properly was to turn it off at the wall and on again. All in all a very unpleasant and frustrating stay. I will not be recommending this establishment to anyone ever!!!
