Dear Tung Kitty, Thank you for staying with us at the CKS Sydney Airport Hotel. Your nice comments about our beds is something that are very happy about. I'm sorry we didn't meet your standards with it comes the free toothpaste and toothbrush. We offer standard bathroom amenities. We always ask our guest if they need a hand with there bags when they check as we know that two of our buildings don't have a lift. Our proximity to the Airport as well as Train station are certainly one of the advantages for our Hotel Guest.
