Room is on high floor with good view. The room is big, tidy and clean. Breakfast is good with ample space. Left luggage is convenient for those taking the night flight. Staff are helpful in booking the airport shuttle bus, although I requested on the same day which was not as stated booking should be made one day before.

I stayed there on Friday night, and my room was on 6th Floor. It was very noisy coz the dance club next door sounds like it’s in my room.

Good location

Great location with lots of eats around. It’s good for those like drinks and eats after dinner time. A big supermarket just on the basement on the opposite shopping mall.

升降機時常壞，指得一部升降機用，等待時間長。早餐時段，Pancake機時常sold out, 但未有即時refill. 要等待幾個客人投訴才去refill. 最後回機埸時，一早 reserved Airbus經櫃檯，但不知為何沒有book 到，是誰問題就沒有去追究。

Convenient location ... close to railway stations, restaurants & shops ... shopping center with supermarket just across the road Facilities are well equipped ... USB ports and electronic plugs are next to each twin beds ... iron board & iron ... mini fridge ... room is bit small but comfort Breakfast was good and staff are helpful Hovever, I have booked private shuttle “Airport Cab Service” via Ibis Sydney World Square from hotel to airport which marked AUD 55 but ended up charge at AUD 74. It s disappointed.

The hotel is located close to Sydney China Town.There are many restaurants in surounding area. Coles is just at the opposite side, which is easy for you to everything without worries.

近Central Station的方便酒店

由Central Station走約十分鐘便到，雖然要走一段斜坡，總體而言這所位於街角的酒店還是很方便。第一天所分派的房間冷氣晚上壞了、發出吵耳聲音，凌晨致電客務都能回應並立刻提出換房，但由於太睏便改為第二天早上向對方反映；酒店快速提出Free Upgrade的Offer，非常具效率。房間隔聲合格，但是晚上鄰房太吵的話還是會聽得見。走廊略為窄，但是房間還是闊和舒適。 Wifi全天候供應、非常穩定、且不需要繁複密碼設定，一流！ Check-out手續也是非常簡單，省了很多等待時間。

Nice location

Very convenient to all locations

We found it very convenient to travel in the city. However, for the deluxe room we had stayed, we were disappointed with the toilet and shower that are located in the same closet and everytime after shower, the whole toilet would be flooded as there was only a short hanging shower curtain. We need to place towel on the floor to block the water from flowing all over the toilet or to the room.

Air con cannot be controlled within the room which was disappointing and somewhat annoying. This made the experience a below average stay. Staff were nice and helpful but are let down by the facility.
