Surprise for payment!
Very surprise that this hotel just use my booking credit card as payment and not accept to pay cash! Normally we travel to other countries will not use HK credit card as possible ( as there are exchange rates, surcharges ...) In this hotel when they charge your card there must be added 1.5 percent surcharge !! We never understand this - in future will never book those hotels !! ( when you book hotels you must know clearly how those hotels charge and not only see offered prices need to know If there is any SURCHARGES!!!)

Important to know about Meriton Suites, Pitt St.
1. Housekeeping was missed on day 4, nobody comes for anything including but not limited to cleaning of kitchen utensils & changing of towels ; 2. Bursting of water pipe of washing machine on day 2 ; 3. Amenities was not properly changed everyday ; 4. Only living room has air-condition, 3 bedrooms did not have air-condition.

物有所值
從火車Townhall站出來走路約5分鐘即可到旅館，旁邊不遠還有Woolworth超市，離達令港、QVB、海德公園等地步行都在10分鐘內可抵達。旅館接待人員親切，房間設備齊全，除廚具外還有洗衣與烘衣機，無線網路訊號速度皆不錯，唯一美中不足大概只有浴室洗臉台高度僅在大腿中間，要彎腰彎得非常低才可使用。

5-6 mins walk from Museum Station which is accessible to / from Airport. Nearby Town Hall Station also allows you easily transfer to other train lines.

Lots of restaurants close by and only 2 mins walk to Sydney metro station. But the washing and drying machine are not working well, probably due to excessive usage and lack of maintenance

Convenient Location
Super convenient location with Woolsworth Supermarket and town hall just round the corner. Most of the tourist attractions are just 15-20min walk away. Rooms are clean and tidy. very comfortable beds.

出行方便，整体感觉还好，只是WIFI速度龟速且常断线及房间完全无信号令人抓狂。
地点非常好，靠近火车站，繁华热闹的市中心地区，出行方便，city内的景点基本是步行的距离，我订的是三居室套间，45楼向东，可以欣赏日出，景观非常好，房间安静，公共空间宽敞，房间稍显小了一点，但已是非常舒适了，不过搞搞卫生的有点马虎，浴缸基本不作清洁，但提意见后很重视，马上补清理，而且 很负责地询问了是否满意，总的来说是算满意的了，厨房设施齐全，不过电烤箱没有说明书不会用。但套房wifi龟速，经常崩溃断线，而且只是公共空间大厅才有，一进房间信号全无，这点最令人抓狂，希望能改进，不然严重影响居住整体的舒适度。

A spacious, comfortable, and clean Hotel room
My wife and I lived in a one-bed room. The room is spacious, comfortable, and clean. I love its decoration which makes me feel like home. All the things are good. The only small weakness is the air-condition is not very quiet one, but the sound is still acceptable for me.

Had a few issues with my booking (my fault!) the front desk were so friendly and assisted me as best as they could. The room itself was very comfortable and so close to all shopping needs. Walking distance to the Harbour Bridge and Opera house, super convenient! Thank you for the memorable stay :)

The location was very good as was the cleanliness and size of the suite however for most of two full days the lifts were malfunctioning. People were trapped in one lift for over an hour, another lift was out of order and the electronic management system favoured calls to the parking floors over guest floors. When we left two days later, the situation had not improved.

Excellent location, just at 2 minutes from the Town Hall train and tram station, or 4 minutes to Museum station and direct train to airport. Excellent service, but we stayed later in Meriton Melbourne, and the comparison is not favorable to Sydney Pitts, which need a facelift to regain its full attractiveness. We would recommend anyway,

Location of the property makes it very convenient to go to different places - shopping centers, QVB, The Rocks, etc. But cleanliness is not highly rated as we saw a dead cockroach right in front of our apartment door and there was also no one cleaning or tidying up our apartment during our 3 nights stay at the property.

Right in the heart of the shopping district, thronging with shoppers. Super easy to get around. They have the Aircon set to drown out the street sounds, like a blow dryer on all the time. My main problem was the none working internet, that took 3 nights to fix.

Unfortunately one of our rooms was not available at 3pm. Was advised that they would call when room was ready. After 4pm still no call and had to go to reception again to check. Too bad if we required the room to get ready for a function! Not good enough....check in is getting later and later!
