我在這裡住了8天，地點位於中央位置很方便步行幾分鐘到車站，步行幾分鐘又到超市。地方很寬闊，我覺得不錯。但是最不能接受的是衛生問題，我住了8天，每天都有要求進行房間清潔，但只有一天我才有感覺他們有清潔房間，其餘日子，他們可以不把衛生間裏的放滿垃圾的垃圾桶清除外，還把垃圾堆積在一角，每次只是把浴巾和被鋪摺好放回原位，就是清潔好房間，這點真的很差勁，令我對酒店感到不滿原因，而我不知道是我個人皮膚問題嗎，入住後我皮膚經常很痕，有一粒粒紅點在皮膚上

Good location
Going for business trip for 6 nights, everyday need to go ICC for meeting, it takes only 10 mins walk to ICC and there is supermarket Coles nearby, it talks only 5 mins walk, they have a little kitchen in the room that we can cook ourselves, so I think it’s very convenient to us. The only thing is they only change the towel and carbage bin everyday. Washroom will not be cleaned. Bed will be rearrange sometimes but not everyday, don’t know if it’s because they are too busy to or why. We realize that we left the Ipad when we back to Hong Kong. And when I was trying to send an e-mail to hotel, i have found they already send me an e-mail to remind. That’s very impressive. Will stay again if i go sydney again

這是我第一次住這家公寓, 為我服務的那位櫃檯人員很親切. 很有服務熱誠,所以對這地方第一印象不錯. 我住的是studio room ,空間比我想像的大. 有個小沙發我可以坐在那休息看電視. 飯店離中央車站很近, 附近也有很多餐廳, 所以不怕會餓著. 離Coles超市也不遠.

乾淨舒適,交通便利
這次訂了Studio Room，房間非常的大，整理的乾淨又舒適， 飯店人員也非常好，出發前請求了高樓層及偏後面的房間， 就不會有網路上所說的火車鳴笛聲，每個晚上都非常好睡， 窗外景觀也相當的不錯。 不過在空調部分，可能因為設備比較舊，在全力運轉時會比較大聲， 但過一陣子後就會好一點，所以並沒有影響到睡眠。 飯店的地理位置也不錯，到哪裡都很方便，市區逛累了就可以回去休息一下再出發。

apartment located near central station with 5 mins walk. also near museum station. chinatown is nearby with good food. it is not close to supermarket and wine shop. it need about 20 mins walk. we stayed in one bedroom apartment. the apartment was spacious. facilities that we needed was enough. but it wass a bit old. balcony was big but no chair and table. and it is not clean. overall the price was a bit expensive for this.

Generally, hotel is comfortable and acceptable. However, I would complain the non-professional service of their House-Keeping, we stayed in a 2 bedrooms apartment for 4 nights, toilets were not properly cleaned for all these nights, I assume they only replace with clean towels, toilet tissues and instant coffee packets were not refilled, I am a coffee drinker and I have to ask the reception desk to supply with limited packets every nights. One bed room was not even touched in the last night.
