not great for little kids

I didn't realise the property was not really suitable for children, the stairs, balcony and lack of parking meant I couldn't let the kids outside, i had to put glass vasses out of reach. There was also a very noisy possum that came into the laundry, climbed on the roof and ran around the verandah. For adults who don't mind possum noise it would be a lovely place to stay, very close to katoomba, echo point and leura. We really appreciated the kitchen items like tea, coffee and condiments.
