“Terrible customer service”

“It’s really nice and clean and staff”

“Breakfast was limited and same every day. For tea and coffee they have to get to kitchen to get hot water every times you order for it during breakfast times. Made mistakes for my stay room rent. They provide nuts and chips during your stay without telling you that they are not”

“I was supposed to stay here for four nights, but I had to bail early because the experience was honestly exhausting. It started with the breakfast; I was promised a buffet, but because the hotel was mostly empty, they just served the same three items two days in a row. Unfortunately, I ended up with a bad case of food poisoning after eating there. Things went from bad to worse when I realized some of my personal items had been stolen. “The property is a three-star hotel. It's biggest advantage is that there is not a lot of competition in the area--just one nice hotel, which is more expensive than this one. The staff and management is not as friendly and professional as you will find in four or five-stars. The breakfast buffet was disappointing--but the quality of the food was not terrible, just average or a little below average.”
