「What an amazing experience! I am from the uk and stayed here one night making use of the spa, shisha lounge and dining room. I loved everything about this place. From the decor to the cleanliness, the experience was unreal. I would like to highly recommend this place to anyone who is considering coming here.」

「The room was in unacceptable condition — damp and mouldy walls, a strong musty smell, broken sink, and leaking air conditioning. I complained and was moved to another room, but it also had a strong damp smell. I contacted Expedia about a refund but received no satisfactory resolution. I have photos documenting the conditions. Based on my personal experience, I strongly would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.」

It started with the breakfast; I was promised a buffet, but because the hotel was mostly empty, they just served the same three items two days in a row. When I went to the manager, I expected a serious response,...

「Stole my items when i left it there after checkout. Stole my pants and shirt. Also found bed bugs and ants in the bed. Help, police 」

「Service was great but room was not standard condition!!」

「All good」

「Front desk stuff was rude. Do not have basic sense of customer service. Hotel booked with free airport shuttle. The hotel did not honour that and charged us extra. Room had mosquitoes. Not sure why there was hype about this hotel. According to the service, this is the worst hotel in Sylhet. Will never stay here again. 」
