Die Unterkunft im Ober-und Dachgeschoss eines gepflegten Hauses liegt ruhig im Norden Westerlands. Ca. 14 min zu Fuß zur Friedrichstraße und 10min zum Strand (Höhe S Point Sylt).

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Haus Tanja sehr genossen. Alles sauber und vorhanden. Die Treppen sind mit einem schweren Koffer schwer zu überwinden. Die Wohnung erhitzt sich im Sommer sehr. Müllbeutel sind etwas knapp bemessen und müssen vom Mieter gekauft werden. Trotzdem können wir die Wohnung gut weiter empfehlen.

Das Objekt liegt 10 -15 Minuten vom Weststrand nördlich von Westerland entfernt, somit ist der Strandbereich jederzeit zu Fuss zu erreichen. Trotz der Nähe zu Westerland ist die Lage sehr ruhig.

Bis auf den falschen Wohnungsschlüssel, den wir aus dem Schlüsselsafe des Sylter Buchungszentrum abgeholt haben war alles OK. Wenn unsere Vermieterin nicht zuhause gewesen wäre, wär der Urlaub nach 5 h Wartezeit an der Sylter Autoverladung im Chaos geendet.
