The living room is tastefully and friendly designed with a comfortable seating and a dining area for 4 people. The sofa can be easily converted into an additional sleeping space for 2 people. The open kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob & refrigerator is not directly visible and is conveniently and comfortably equipped. The south-facing balcony offers you a box seat with a beach chair with a view of the dunes. In the bedroom there is a double bed with two bedside tables and a spacious wardrobe. The bathroom is brightly tiled and equipped with a shower, toilet and sink. A parking space is at your disposal in front of the house. Pets are not allowed!The apartment is a non-smoking apartment! However, you are welcome to smoke on the balcony. Please note the regulations for the separate tourist tax of the respective municipality on Sylt. This will be charged separately and is due at the latest on arrival
