App. Rieper 4Lage: The apartment is on the ground floor in the Windhoek house. This apartment building borders Brandenburger Platz, which is located directly on the beach. The city center and the Sylter Welle can be reached in a few minutes. Size: 2-room apartment approx. 44 m², for up to 2 people. Equipment: The living room has a large window front with the integrated loggia to the west. The decor is in a country style, yet modern. From the living room you can access the small interior kitchen. The bathroom is a shower room. The bedroom has a double bed. The apartment has its own parking space in the courtyard. Please note the regulations for the separate tourist tax of the respective municipality on Sylt. This is calculated separately and is due at the latest on arrival.
