With 160 m² of living space, the Bontje Hus offers plenty of room for up to 6 guests and is ideal for families, couples, or small groups who value comfort, privacy, and upscale amenities. The house spans four floors—lower level, ground floor, upper floor, and attic—and is pet-free and designated as a non-smoking property.

The interior combines modern design with high-quality materials. Natural stone floors and custom-built woodwork give each room a special touch, while oak floorboards and underfloor heating ensure a cosy living experience. The heart of the home is the open-concept kitchen-dining-living area, which is equipped with high-quality appliances, including Miele appliances, an induction cooktop, and a Nespresso machine—ideal for cooking together and socialising.

The upper floor features two bedrooms: one with a comfortable box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm), the other with a standard double bed (160 x 200 cm), a TV, and a built-in closet. This floor is complemented by a modern bathroom with a rain shower. In addition, the attic offers extra space for relaxing or playing—ideal for children or as a retreat for moments of tranquility.

On the lower ground floor, there is another bedroom with a box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm), a TV, and a built-in closet, as well as an additional bathroom with a bathtub and rain shower. A private wellness area with a sauna and two comfortable loungers provides the perfect setting for relaxation.
