Please note: Ruby Ridge is located on a gravel road with an incline. Four-wheel drive is recommended year-round and required during the winter months.
No smoking inside - If evidence of smoking is found, there will be an immediate charge of no less than $250.00.
All pets must be disclosed. There is a one time $100 pet fee per reservation. There is an automatic charge of ​$250​ ​if an undeclared pet is found in the rental. Please pick up after your pets.
Violations of Maximum Occupancy will result in an additional charge of $75 per extra person, per night plus applicable taxes representing liquidated damages, or eviction of Tenants with no refunds provided.
No parties.
Please be aware that stained linens will incur a $10 per towel charge. Makeup wipes are available in the bathrooms as an alternative.
Guest will be required to sign the Property Managements Rental Agreement
