La Musa is a splendid villa with a private swimming pool, situated only a few kilometers away from the charming historic center of Syracuse and the sea. Surrounded by a well-tended Mediterranean garden, the villa boasts a large terrace equipped for al fresco dining and a refreshing pool. Approached via a beautiful, mosaic stone driveway, this spacious home consists of three floors. Throughout the villa is an enviable collection of colorful, multi-cultural artwork and art pieces. On the lower floor are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a massage room and a laundry room. The raised ground floor includes a spacious living room with fireplace, a gourmet kitchen with dining area, a double bedroom and two bathrooms, one of which offers a whirlpool tub. From the living area a wooden staircase leads to the loft, which houses a further bedroom with a double and an en-suite bathroom with shower.
