A family get together from around the world! This villa was exactly what we were looking for. A quiet beach town, with a rustic Italian villa with everything we needed! Beautiful set up!! Host was amazing and always available when we needed anything! 100% recommend!!!

We had a fabulous stay at this villa! It was comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect – just a 2-minute walk to the sea and within easy reach of both Syracuse and Noto.What truly made our stay special was the warm welcome and outstanding hospitality from Hector. He went above and beyond, even providing a delicious meal and drinks on our very late arrival, and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay.A wonderful place to stay – highly recommended!

Villa e proprietari consigliati - Soggiorno dal 5 al 12 luglio 2025

Vacanza stupenda. Eravamo 4 famiglie con bambini al seguito in totale 15 persone. Ogni famiglia aveva il proprio bagno a servizio. I ragazzi si sono divertiti molto grazie alla piscina all'idromassaggio e al biliardo. La spiaggia di fontane bianche a pochi metri è molto bella sabbia bianca fondale basso e acque trasparenti...una meraviglia. Ettore e Nicola sono stati molto cordiali e veloci nel risolvere le ns. richieste inoltre ci hanno dato info molto utili sulla zona dai ristoranti ai luoghi da visitare. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio Grazie Ettore e Nicola

Wonderful

I just enjoyed four wonderful weeks at Fontane Bianche with my family and friends. The location was perfect: 5 minute walk from a beautiful beach and 5 minutes to a great restaurant. The Villa was great with outdoor dining, a swimming pool, hot tub and pool table. We truly had a wonderful time and I highly recommend Fontane Bianche for anyone wanting to enjoy Sicily as it should be enjoyed.

Nice place with friendly host

We had a good time in the house with a very friendly and accommodating host. Very nice with the short walk to the great beach. Nice starting point for cycling and driving around. We could have wished a bit more of kitchen equipment, cutting knives etc. The roof top terrace is very nice, but could have a bit more furniture/sitting space.

Wonderful Beach House

A group of 8 adults rented the house for 3 weeks in mid September to early October. We enjoyed the easy and comfortable outdoor living with the outdoor kitchens, large dining table, and lounging chairs. Nice pool. The roof top is a wonderful space too. Quick walk to a beautiful beach, cafes and restaurants. Host was very responsive and helpful. Trash has 5 sorts which need attention, but is good for the environment. We would definitely rent again

Great location

This is a great location for walking to the beach, restaurants and trips to the local market. The host is fabulous! He was very attentive and helpful with all of our pre-trip planning and during our stay.

Sicily beach stay

The property was half a very large house. Plenty of room. Big enough for 13 0f us. It was very hot but we knew this. We generally had a good time but the resort was very very crowded. Our biggest issue was transport. The train station was having building works and it was very hard to get a taxi to visit other places It is necessary to have a car as the buses are not great either. We also had a problem with restaurants in the evening. Not many for the number of people around. The owner brought us some food and online newspapers. Our biggest problem was transport

An Extraordinary Place

Everything about Fountaine Bianche is extraordinary. The Villa itself is comfortable, a home away from home. The pool is really beautiful, and the place is a five-minute walk to the beautiful Mediterranean Sea. The amenities are terrific, and our host was very accommodating and even recommended an excellent guide.

Family of 10 Rates Villa a 10!

The villa’s rooftop offers an amazing view of Fontane Bianche and the sea, a large spacious bedroom, outside bathroom with shower and toilet, ample seating and lounge chairs. From the rooftop, we enjoyed the sunrise in the morning and relaxed under the stars in the evening. It was great having covered outside areas for family game competitions & meals. There is plenty of lawn furniture surrounding the beautiful pool. The villa is clean, plenty of linens, great shower water pressure, plenty of hot water and A/C and WiFi worked great. Inside, there is a full refrigerator, stove, dish washer, toaster oven, microwave, washing machine, hair dryers, plenty of pots and pans, dishes, glasses and utensils. Outside, there’s a kitchen with full refrigerator and cooking area. This is a great feature! You can cook outside and still be part of the party. Hosts were very kind, professional and easy to communicate with. They quickly responded to our questions about local Mass, supermarkets, restaurants, transportation, and private cooking lesson at the villa. Our hosts helped arrange for a limo service to drive our family of 10 to our daily sightseeing destinations and airport trips. After telling our hosts what we wanted; they arranged Chef Alessia for a private cooking lesson. We enjoyed the delicious meal that was prepared by family members during the cooking class. The villa is walking distance to restaurants, markets, bakeries, beach/scenic cafe perfect for casual dinner and spirits.

Once in a lifetime experience…

Nicola the owner was amazing from the moment we arrived throughout the entire stay. His collaboration for our excursions and drivers were amazing experiences. The villa is beyond beautiful and so comfortable. My family enjoyed the entire experience. Once in a lifetime. I look forward for ever having an opportunity to return again and would choose no where else.

Siracusa, the sea and much more ...

This was a superb villa for a group of friends who wanted to see historical sites and towns near Siracusa, swim in the sea and have good meals together. We had a marvelous time in this spacious and charming villa.

Great house for wonderful family vaccation

The house is bigger than the impression we got from the pictures, and the outdoors is just lovely. We were a family group of 15 people from children to adults, and we all had the best time. Our host was very accomodating and easy to communicate with. I really recommend this place for a relaxing holiday.

Amazing villa, wonderful host.

We’d had a villa in Tuscany for 16 booked since 2019. After two years of delays, they cancelled our booking with two months to go. With my extended family to please, including my disabled mother and my octogenarian father, we started a desperate search for a villa that could tick our ambitious list of features. This vila was the closest we could find, and exceeded our expectations in every way… The outside area is amazing. So much room and so much seating, all of which stays in shade all day. With two outside kitchens and being so close to the sunny pool area, the whole family could be together almost all the time (although there a plenty of private areas, balconies and a roof terrace to retreat to). Our biggest concern was the pool. From the photos it’s hard to tell if it’s big enough to swim. I’m delighted to say it’s more than OK. I’d guess around 1.2m deep and 4x6m. It has built-in steps and seats along two edges. The steps don’t have railings, which meant getting my parents in and out was a group activity, but we managed – they swam every day. The inside is simple, cool, well presented and all bedrooms had AC. We had two bedrooms on the ground floor, three on the first floor, and then there was the top floor: Reached by a spiral staircase, It’s not your standard affair. The staircase opens directly on to the tiled roof terrace, with seating and sunbeds. One door leads to the bedroom, another leads to an outdoor bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. Not everyone’s cup of tea, but we loved the poo with a view. Finally, the owner is fantastic. Absolutely fantastic. Super-responsive, and so helpful. He arranged transfers and did everything he could to make our stay as straightforward as it could be. I honestly couldn’t be more grateful. The town is a lovely place. We loved the gelatoria, and the cafes Tortuga and Vela. We visited La Capannina da Gino for meals and on the final night had a wonderful meal at Lido Sayonara, ending with live music and dancing. The local store, Holiday Market, was small but well stocked. We also had a big-shop delivered using the online delivery service listed in the 18-page handbook we received from the owner. We ordered on the Sunday, the delivery came Monday PM. The only thing to really watch for are the trains. It’s a small station, with only a handful of trains every day. The ones we took to Noto and Syracuse were small (two carriages) and hot. Luckily, the journeys are less than 20 mins.

Relaxing comfortable beach town villa

Great spacious home for relaxing, beach and day trips. Well equipped with appreciated extras like batteries, bug spray and laundry detergent. Big bathrooms and lots of storage. The third floor deck is a special treat with a sea view. Nice little town with a few restaurants shops and bars. We walked to “Tortuga” every morning for coffee great pastries and warm fresh pizza. The owners were very friendly and helpful. They answered any messages very promptly. The location is excellent with many interesting towns and natural wonders close by. I would recommend a two week stay if you can!

Großzügig in toller Lage. Ideal für Gruppen

Das Haus ist riesig. Wir haben es mit 3 Familien bewohnt. Jeder hat seine Rückzugsmöglichkeit. Der Strand ist fußläufig schnell und unkompliziert zu erreichen. Am besten hat uns der Außenbereich gefallen. Sonnenecke... Und überdachter großer Tisch mit Außenkochstelle- hier haben wir tolle Abende verbracht. Ein Punkt Abzug: Einige Gegenstände, Badarmaturen u.a. wirkten etwas abgewohnt. Wir konnten uns aber problemlos arrangieren. Wir würden immer wieder kommen.

Great villa for a big family with lots of room

The house has many roms with private bathroom. There is a very nice pool and also a lot common area outside. The eoner was very friendly and serviceminded. Also nice to know is that the beach is less than 5 minutes walk away.

Maison spacieuse, confortable.

Très bon accueil d'Ettore, le propriétaire de la maison. Les pièces sont de taille généreuse avec beaucoup d'espace de vie. La literie est confortable. Les sanitaires sont propres. Les salles de bains sont grandes. Il y a toujours de l'eau chaude. La clime est installée dans toutes les chambres (mais nous ne l'avons pas testé car non nécessaire à Pâques). Le jardin est grand. La maison se situe à 3 minutes à pied de la plage dans un quartier de villas, loin de la route, calme (vent nous cas à Pâques!). Une chose à améliorer : la vaisselle ! Il y a très peu de plats, pas de plats pour le four. Il y a des cuisines extérieures (très agréables) mais les brûleurs ne sont pas très efficaces ! Enfin, il y a un problème d'électricité : les plombs sautent rapidement.

Grande maison très agréable à vivre

Nous avons passé à 9 une très belle semaine dans cette maison spacieuse et très agréable, parfaitement conforme aux photos de l'annonce. Les espaces extérieurs sont particulièrement appréciables, la literie est bonne, la décoration sobre et de bon goût. Le propriétaire Hector est très sympathique et attentif au bien-être de ses locataires. Il est joignable à tout moment pour répondre (en anglais) à vos questions.

Vacanza indimenticabile

Come dimenticare due settimane fantastiche trascorse a Villa Elisabetta? Con mio fratello, due amici e le loro famiglie abbiamo trascorso due bellissime settimane nel settembre 2017. La casa è perfetta e corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione ed alle foto (che anzi non rendono appieno la bellezza della casa), è elegantemente arredata e rifinita con i comfort che abbiamo a casa nostra, dalla macchina Nespresso alla climatizzazione in ogni camera, che comunque abbiamo utilizzato raramente, essendo la casa fresca e riparata dal verde) ottima qualità del sonno nel silenzio e nella pace, bei momenti con il barbecue in giardino, cibo siciliano di ottima qualità acquistabile in zona (consigliamo il mercato del pesce del porto di Avola) ci siamo ricaricati in vista di un lungo inverno di lavoro. Bellissima spiaggia che si raggiunge a piedi in due minuti, comodo il vicinissimo ingresso dell'autostrada che collega Fontane Bianche, in mezz'ora o poco più con altre bellissime località siciliane, Ortigia, Noto, Taormina etc. Ritorneremo.

Superbe villa idéalement située

La villa est séparée en deux moitiés qui peuvent chacune accueillir entre 16 et 18 personnes. La partie que nous avons occupée est très spacieuse : chambres confortables qui disposent chacune d'une salle de bain, grand salon et cuisine intérieure, balcons un peu partout dans la maison, terrasse sur le toit avec vue sur la mer, voilà pour les intérieurs. A l'extérieur, agréable jardin où l'on trouve des chaises longues à disposition, et surtout une immense terrasse ombragée avec partie cuisine, salle à manger et salon. Il y a même une table de ping-pong pour les amateurs. C'est le top pour vivre dehors. Parking privé juste à côté de la maison. La villa est située dans une rue calme à 3 minutes à pied de la superbe plage de sable de Fontane Bianche. On a pied à plus de 100 mètres. C'est parfait pour les enfants et même les plus grands. La ville la plus proche avec tous les commerces est située à 3km. La situation est également idéale pour rayonner dans tout le sud-est de la Sicile et visiter les nombreux sites UNESCO de la région. Le rapport qualité/prix au vu des prestations est vraiment excellent. Un superbe séjour entre amis !

Splendida vacanza, grande rapporto qualità prezzo

Trascorro ogni anno dei periodi a Fontane Bianche, ma stavolta mi sono davvero innamorata della casa in cui abbiamo soggiornato. Ho prenotato Villa Elisabetta per poter ospitare due famiglie numerose di amici, abbiamo trascorso delle splendide giornate, facendo la spola tra la casa e la spiaggia. La villa è certamente inquadrabile tra le più belle della zona, arredata in stile confortevole e lussuoso ma nello stesso tempo elegante e raffinato, immersa nella quiete e nel verde, molto pulita ed organizzata tanto da dare l'impressione di essere in hotel, avendone tutte le caratteristiche (wifi, microonde, cucine complete di ogni utensile, parcheggio privato accanto alla villa, camere confortevoli e spaziose, materassi ortopedici, lenzuola fresche e profumate) i proprietari disponibili e gentilissimi ci hanno accontentato in ogni richiesta, guidandoci in tutto e per tutto nella nostra vacanza. Ideale per famiglie numerose e con bambini, o gruppi di amici, è a tre minuti a piedi dal mare, consentendo in mezz'ora di macchina di visitare anche altri posti (Noto, Marzamemi, Ortigia). Ritorneremo, e consiglierò senz'altro questa proprietà ad altri amici. Convenientissimo il rapporto qualità prezzo, in tredici persone pagando quanto una notte in albergo abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana! Complimenti, le case vacanza vanno gestite così.
