「The hotel was cute and the Wi-Fi environment was excellent. However, the reason I gave the lowest rating is because of the disappointing response from the hotel staff. When I returned to my room and opened my toothbrush case in the bathroom, a cockroach came in through a gap. At that moment, I asked the hotel staff to change my room, but they refused. 「The hotel and staff could not have been nicer. The property is great with the rooms surrounding two lovely pools. The food was universally good. And the room was excellent. Especially the huge semi-outdoor bathroom with a massive bath. (And, of course, shower.) As was the service. 20 minutes in one direction, Angkor Wat. And, in the other, the center of Siem Reap.
