「Please make a separate smoking section. Chef khalid at magnolia was excellent. Magnolia staff need to be attentive to guests. My husband and I waited close to 30 minutes and had to ask the manager to get us a server. Sadia in the spa was very kind and informative. Gave us a personal tour. Servers in breakfast area with a view were impeccable. Great personalized service. Excellent experience overall. Great customer service.」

「Parfait ! Hôtes géniales ! Nous recommandons à 100%」

「We appreciate big helps from the owner of this riad. One of us got sick and had a fever. The owner gave us a favor to purchase medicines and provided a lot of heated water and teas to us. This riad was decorated with classical Islamic sculptures and furnitures. Each bed was equipped with electric heating blanket which made our sleeping very comfortable. Don't miss rooftop terrace with stunning sunset and medina view.」

「Sauberes Zimmer, Personal sehr nett, Frühstück kann man verbessern」

「Quite honestly, im not sure how this property is 3 stars. Its 5 stars at least. Especially their staff. I was blown away how friendly and helpful they are. Rooms are just great. The property is like a small mansion in its Moroccan flair. How is this not fully booked at all times, is beyond me. One of the best stays i ever had.」

「Facility is super old. Water pressure is super small. Super noisy around the hotel. Don't know why it is ranked 5 star....」

「It is great, the service and the breakfast. But the room is a little bit small. And there is no lamp in the middle of the room.」

「No towels in bath room as checked in. Asked but it took two hours to get them. No glass for washing basin, the floor have too much wax and slippery, no port-cohere. Staff are all friendly and good. Breakfast is good.」

「They charged me MAD 44 per person per night for tax although only MAD 13.2 was stated during booking! The service is poor either!! Only one towel was provided. We repeatedly made request to a lady at the counter for one more towel. She promised twice to send it to my room but it was not received until we made further request to another lady in the next evening. 」
