Tacaná Volcano

The AC went out on our second day, we called the front desk multiple times and the continued to tell us it would be a couple hours. 2 days later we finally complained enough and got a transfer to their sister property after both my girls got sick. That really ruined the experience. The staff other than that was wonderful to deal with I wish they would have just been honest with us about the timeline so we could have resolved things sooner.

My stay at the resort was wonderful. The staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and helpful, and the property was well‑maintained and relaxing. The only minor inconvenience was a peacock near my room that became vocal early in the morning, but aside from that, my experience was excellent. I would happily stay here again.
