This Victorian beauty is located In the Downtown Tacoma Area with peak-a-boo views of Mt. Rainier. Walking Distance To UW Tacoma, Convention Center, Art And Glass Museums, Waterfront And All The Nightlife Downtown Tacoma Has To Offer! Only 30-45 Minutes Away From Downtown Seattle. Near Wild Waves, Point Defiance Zoo and other great attractions. Please note that this home is located in a transitional neighborhood in an urban setting. Just a 5 minute walk (0.2 miles) from the Tacoma Link Light Rail! *Please be advised*
If you plan on checking in past 11pm on your check-in date, we will not be able to provide host support until 6am the following morning. So please be aware any unit access issues/questions/concerns will not be addressed until that time.

Large and well-maintained house that is actually two separate units within the one building. The downstairs unit has a kitchen, living room, one bedroom and one bathroom. The upstiars unit has a kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms (two up another set of stairs), two bathrooms (one on each of the upper until levels). This worked out fine for our group, but was not clear from the listing.
