They changed key card number everyday but didn't let me know in advance, it caused very inconvenient. Also the breakfast is the worst I had seen in previous three decades in my travel experiences all over the world. Actually you just can drink juice and coffee but eat almost nothing.

The staff was exceptionally kind! Our room however was filthy. I stayed with my teenage son who has asthma. Our room smelled of cigarettes. There were random spots of dirt on the bathroom counter. All the lights did not work. Our socks were black from walking around the room. The breakfast was very basic with no good protein options so we did not eat.

I reserved two queens beds and they gave me a room with one bed. Had to back and change rooms. they said that you guys always make mistakes and changed my room to a two bed. I don't understand how this can happened.

The front desk manager could not possibly have been kinder, but it certainly wasn't enough to get us to stay. What a completely unsafe area! Rooms next door were very loud and had alcohol containers piled outside their doors. Our room was filthy and stinky, and the bedding had a lot of holes in it. The room was completely gross overall, and the neighborhood felt completely unsafe. We ended up leaving at 10:30 pm and moved to a different hotel.

We didn’t have access to a phone from the room. We emptied our trash ourselves and had to retrieve clean towels ourselves. Twice we gad to go to front desk because our key cards did not work. Breakfast was cold cereal oatmeal packets and apples. Bread was laid out on counter and some was in a container. Not a pleasant stay. They really need to clean up the place and provide service as a hotel/motel should.

Sleepless in Seattle
Days Inn Auburn. The bathtubs had no slip resistance. It appeared it USED to be there, but wore off. Bought a mat that I took back with me.They had signs saying, "Use the hand rails." What hand rails? You had to REQUEST service, but there were ways around that. As there was someone at the desk 24/7, you could trade out used towels and get fresh. Also trash bags, and there was a place to dump full bags. Our room stank, though we got used to it. Also, our mini fridge froze our leftovers. The adjuster inside had lost its knob. The pillows didn't do our necks any favors. I will be retuning to the Seattle area, but NOT to that Days Inn.
The "rails" were both wide and thick. Sometimes, on the way up, I grabbed yhe spindles instead.
There appears to be the slightest image of a slip resistant bottom that has long since worn off. It's an easy fix, though.

Room needs updating and housekeeping needs improve
I read reviews saying some rooms need renovations still. I got one of those old rooms where it was outdated for sure. When I showered the water still kept coming out of the faucet and not giving full pressure to shower head. Shower head needs a replacement too because that had harsh water marks and just terrible pressure. I have short hair and it still seemed to barely get the soap out. Beds were okay, weren’t sagging which was good. Just hard to lay on the side when pillows aren’t great. I think I had a few hairs in my fridge, housekeeping needs improvement. The heater worked good, but is veryyy old and full of grime and crumbs. Housekeeping should vacuum them more often and use windex on the glass table so it doesn’t leave a weird film on it. It is by an airport so I heard a plane take off around 8:30. I was already awake but trying to sleep in that would be a wake up call.

I prefer to speak to someone at the front desk I can understand. I really struggled with the fella at the desk, although polite and professional, tough to make out what he was saying. I had to walk back to the front desk as his 's' was shaped as an '8' for the wifi password. Big deal? No. Otherwise, the bed was more comfortable than expected and the whole place was pleasantly quiet all evening.

Checked into room that was so dirty. The bed was made but the sheets were covered by n cigarette burns. In a hotel that says it’s non smoking. Why would cleaning staff not throw a sheet like that out? The rest of the room was Grimm and dirty. I asked for a room change and second room was better.

Unethical thieves! I booked 2 queen beds through Expedia and the hotel refused to give us the room. They said that Expedia didn’t give them enough money so I’m out of luck and they will only give us one bed. There were 3 of us. When I showed them the reservation on Expedia for 2 queens their word were “you use a third party to book you will book a headache.” They refused to refund the money and refused to give us the room that was reserved. We had to leave and go elsewhere to find a room at 9:00 at night after driving 8 hours.

This should not be open to the public, the rooms and property are filthy. The desk person said they were renovating room by room which will probably never happen. I would never stay here again or tell anyone else about this place, disgraceful.
