Apparently someone cancelled our reservation that morning. Not Expedia. The staff were super unhelpful, said..you need to call Expedia, but in the end, it was thier fault. We were told that the person
who cancelled our reservation must have been " in a bad mood" No apologies, no compensation, but Expedia customer service was amazing even after Emerald Queen Hotel desk putting them on hold for about 20 minutes. I was standing in front of the desk with customer service on the phone and watched the reception put the phone on hold and there were 3 people working and no line if people waiting. In fact, the gentleman said....Im going on break to his co worker as he was helping us and walked away. Pretty ridiculous. Very unfriendly. Don't think I will ever stay here again.
