The downstairs bedroom is loft style (no door) and overlooks the covered patio and spa with a peek-a-boo view of the Sound. Black out blinds are provided in each of the bedrooms for early to bed and day sleepers. The lower bedroom has stainless access.

The main floor has an open design - living, dining and kitchen are one. The newly modernized kitchen has stainless steel GE appliances, Convectional gas stove and quality kitchen appliances, makes cooking here really enjoyable. Lower kitchen is also fully equipped with kitchen amenities and appliances. The cabinets here are original to the home (sold cedar wood) and have been modernized for easy use.

Two professionally designed and newly modernized bathrooms are equipped with soaking tubs, tile surround and high end plumbing fixtures. Baby bath and sticky matts are available to accommodate guests of all ages. All bathroom amenities are provided.
