The home is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom property that comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests (queen bed and couch hide-a-bed). The house is centrally located in NE Tacoma just southwest of Federal Way, walking distance to shopping, dining, and fun recreational facilities, with quick and easy access to I-5, Hwy 509, Browns Point Light House, Dashpoint Park/Camping and the Tacoma Dome.

The description stated "New Modest Bungalow in NE Tacoma"No AC, Barking dogs all around us. The door locked automatically after 10 seconds, not good with only one key. The bathroom was so small I couldn't brush my hair or blow it dry without hitting the wall. No TP holder, had to reach around to the back of the toilet to find the TP, very awkward to say the least. One burned out lightbulb and one lightbulb completely gone. Poor lighting in the bathroom.I guess I was confused by your wording "New" in the description, and it being a 5 star getaway, it was not!And really a 50.00 cleaning fee?? I could understand that if it were really a 5 star getaway!!

Just what we needed

Had all the basics, baby/young child friendly. We were pretty much only there to sleep while out and about every day. Appreciated the snacks too :)

Nice, Quiet Spot

This is a great place for a casual stay. It's clean and kind of tucked away, which is very relaxing. The amenities as listed perfectly suit the space. No complaints and I'd stay here again. The hosts are quite kind, too.

Its nice but rundown

It is clean. But the floor is so lumpy and mushy..the front door has a giant gap between the frame and door. The is a bolt lock but no other lock so fortunately the neighborhhod seems quit. The host is responsive. But overall run down and in need of work.. also there were no ice trays or potholders so prepare appropriatly.. this why i gave a lower score.

Great Cottage

This property was clean, well stocked, and lovely to stay at. It was conveniently located to where we needed to be. The property manager was very responsive and attentive. We had a really great stay, and would return in the future.
