The house is located on the corner of a great and safe neighborhood (North End Tacoma) and right across the street from a natural foods grocery store. Only a short drive to get to local universities, Point Defiance, Point Ruston, and DT Tacoma. A 40 min drive from SeaTac International Airport.

Parking:
Driveway in front of garage can fit two cars. Street parking also available on the other side of the house. There are two steps leading into the house after parking on the garage's driveway.
